Sundowner Siesta Aluminum Horse Trailor Living Quarters in Louisville, KY

1998 Sundowner Siesta aluminum horse trailer with living quarters , Living quarters has heat and cooling,full size bed and matress that I had custom made for comfort,fridge gas or elec,microwave,stove,shower,tv,couch makes a bed.Trailor is 31'feet in length,elec jack,awning with about a 3inch rip in the seam,has new tires with covers for the wheels,tack room,ramp,storage for hay,has a fan in roof to keep horses cool,water tank mounted on roof,storage rack on roof for transporting hay ,lights mounted on rear for loading and unloading. This has been used very litttle by my wife and me and NON SMOKING I have taken great care of the trailor with no leaks or damage inside or out or other issues except the awning that has come loose from the seam that has been mention and in photos.reason for selling is I sold my horses and know longer need the trailor.
