Hello! I'm moving out of my apartment at the Bellamy and I'm looking for someone to take my lease! Rent is $575 per month (everything included) with first floor (right outside) parking, but if you just want garage parking you can trade in the pass and pay $555. There are three other rooms, but only two are occupied right now (I have two female roommates and both are super laid-back and cool). I have the biggest room in the apartment (with your own bathroom). Pets are allowed and there is a dog park area! There is a clubhouse that has a pool table, lounge area, pool and 24 hour gym. There is also a sand volleyball court, hammocks and bonfire pits outside in the common area. The complex is gated and there is a cop that sits by the gate at night. Message me if you're interested! I've been super happy here the past year and a half. The lease goes until July, but you can renew it if you would like!
